dbd22 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "dbd22", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the dbd22 platform accessible at dbd22.io.
• "Platform" means the dbd22 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services including sportsbook, live casino, slots, fishing games and the payment cashier.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered a dbd22 account or who accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, deposit match credit, or other non-cash incentive credited to an Account by dbd22, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of wagers that must be placed and settled from Bonus Funds before those funds or any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used on the Platform, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "NID" means a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all Platform operations, transaction timestamps and offer expiry times.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are approved.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The dbd22 Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are aged 21 or above. dbd22 will request documentary proof of age at any point and will suspend any Account where this requirement cannot be confirmed. Minors found to have registered accounts will have those accounts permanently closed and any balance forfeited.

2.2 Geographical Eligibility

The Platform is directed at players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by applicable law as it applies to you personally. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of dbd22 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. dbd22 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses or different phone numbers — is a material breach of these Terms. dbd22 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any bets placed from them, and forfeit any balances, including real-money deposits, where duplicate Accounts are identified.

2.4 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your NID, a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. dbd22 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

2.5 KYC Verification

dbd22 operates a mandatory KYC process before processing any withdrawal request. You will be required to submit a clear copy of your NID and, in some circumstances, additional proof of address or source of funds. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request being raised may have the withdrawal cancelled and the balance held pending verification. KYC documentation is stored and processed in accordance with the dbd22 Privacy Policy.

3. Account Security

3.1 Credentials Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. dbd22 staff will never ask for your password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

3.2 Suspicious Activity

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify dbd22 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. dbd22 will take all reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation. dbd22 is not liable for losses incurred before unauthorised access is reported.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication

dbd22 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account. 2FA adds a second layer of security by requiring a one-time code sent to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number in addition to your password at each login. Players who have enabled 2FA and believe their registered mobile number has been compromised must contact support immediately.

3.4 Session Monitoring

dbd22 employs real-time session monitoring. If unusual login activity is detected — such as an unfamiliar device, unusual geographic location, or multiple concurrent sessions — dbd22 may automatically lock the Account and send an SMS alert to the registered mobile number. The Player must verify their identity to restore access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dbd22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following BDT payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at all times.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the Player's Account balance in under 60 seconds under normal network conditions. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the issuing bank. dbd22 does not charge any fees on deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within four hours during normal operations. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods, public holidays or outside Bangladesh Standard Time business hours may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals are paid only to payment methods registered in the same name as the dbd22 Account. dbd22 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

A withdrawal may only be requested after the Account has completed KYC verification. Real-money balances derived from deposits that have not yet met any applicable bonus wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled, or until the Player contacts support to forfeit the associated Bonus Funds.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in BDT (৳). dbd22 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. Any foreign-currency transaction fees charged by your mobile banking provider or bank are outside dbd22's control and are the Player's responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

dbd22 offers a welcome bonus to newly registered Players who make their first qualifying deposit. The specific bonus amount, deposit threshold, eligible games, wagering requirement multiplier and expiry period are set out on the promotion page at the time of registration and are subject to change. The welcome bonus is available to one Account per person, per household and per device.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times on eligible games before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. Wagers placed on certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer baccarat, roulette, and certain table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. The exact contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that remain in an Account after the stated expiry period, or where wagering requirements have not been met within the stated period, will be automatically removed from the Account balance. dbd22 will not reinstate expired Bonus Funds under any circumstances.

5.4 Promotion Abuse

dbd22 reserves the right to void any bonus, forfeit any winnings derived from that bonus, and suspend or close any Account where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a Player has abused a promotional offer. Promotion abuse includes, without limitation: using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus; low-risk betting patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

5.5 Right to Modify Promotions

dbd22 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Modifications will not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited and accepted by a Player prior to the modification date.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A wager is not accepted until dbd22's system has confirmed the bet and issued a bet reference number. In the event of a technical fault during bet placement, any disputed wager will be settled based on the bet recorded in dbd22's central server log, which constitutes the definitive record.

6.2 Odds and Market Changes

Sports betting odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. dbd22 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel bets on any market at its discretion. Accepted bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation.

6.3 Void Bets

dbd22 may void a bet if the bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled, if the result was affected by extraordinary circumstances beyond normal sporting conduct, if a pricing error is identified prior to settlement, or if the bet relates to a prohibited market. Voided bets are refunded to the Account balance at the original stake amount.

6.4 Live Betting

In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and re-opening at any time during an event. dbd22 is not liable for technical delays between Platform display and live event state. Bets accepted during a period of delay will be honoured only if the odds at which they were accepted remain valid based on the true state of the event at the time of bet placement as recorded by dbd22's data feed.

6.5 Game Rules

All casino games — including slots, live dealer games and fishing games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between game rules displayed in the game interface and any other source, the in-game rules take precedence.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbd22 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using any automated betting software, bot, script or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corrupt sporting conduct in connection with events offered for betting on dbd22.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG flaws or Platform errors to obtain an advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds for any purpose other than legitimate recreational betting.
• Providing false identity information, including using another person's NID, name or payment account to register or verify an Account.
• Accessing the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing geographical restrictions.
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting across dbd22's markets for the purpose of extracting guaranteed profit from promotional pricing discrepancies.

8. Responsible Gaming

dbd22 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh. The following tools are available to every registered Account holder at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total losses permitted within a defined period. Reduces take effect immediately.
• Session Time Alerts: Set reminders at defined intervals to notify you of how long your current gaming session has lasted.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked and you will not be able to register a new Account. Self-exclusion periods of less than six months cannot be reversed early.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications that appear at set intervals showing your net session result — winnings minus stakes — for the current session.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the dbd22 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game artwork, text, data and the overall design and layout of the site — is the intellectual property of dbd22 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational betting purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of dbd22.

10. Privacy & Data

dbd22 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with the dbd22 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. dbd22 uses SSL encryption across all pages and all transactions to protect your data in transit. dbd22 does not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• dbd22 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dbd22 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• dbd22 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, even if dbd22 was advised of the possibility of such losses.
• dbd22's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• dbd22 is not liable for losses arising from network failures, telecommunications outages, payment processing delays caused by third-party providers, or events beyond dbd22's reasonable control.

12. Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

dbd22 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address at least 7 days before they take effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Account Termination by Player

You may close your dbd22 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

12.3 Account Termination by dbd22

dbd22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in cases of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; or where continued operation of the Account is determined to pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In the event of termination for breach, dbd22 may withhold the Account balance pending investigation.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. dbd22 operates as a platform directed at the Bangladesh market and complies with applicable obligations as they relate to its operations. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct contact with dbd22 support may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
